I had all the windows in my home replaced by Window World. The products they make are excellent and have a lifetime warranty. The installation team did an amazing job and made the process as painless as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend using Window World. Plus, they are a local business that we can get in touch with anytime there’s an issue.

I would highly recommend Window World. My experience was 5 star from the initial visit with Mark Kiser all the way through the installation of the windows by Gerald and Dalton Mason. They explained everything throughout the entire process. I spoke with Beverly, office associate, several times regarding questions and she was always professional and would always follow up with detailed information. I would use this company again without hesitation.

I had windows replaced in my sunroom in Somerset. The rep was courteous and knowledgeable. He came out and measured and also gave me a quote for my French doors. The windows were installed quickly, and they look amazing. We had Window World replace all of the windows in my house in Prestonsburg, and they did such a fantastic job that I had them do the windows on this house in Somerset. They always clean up after the work is done, and I absolutely love the lifetime, plus one guarantee. I am leaving this review after I've had the windows in for a couple of years, and they still look amazing.

My in home consultation was the first experience with Window World. Mark Kiser was wonderful. He was very professional yet laid back. He guided us to the best choice for our new windows. We never felt pressured or that he was trying to get us to spend more than we had planned. Then a few months later the guys who came and did our install were great! Very nice professional guys. They worked very quickly and efficiently. They respected our home and other than the NEW WINDOWS you couldn’t even tell they had been here! Our windows look and fit just perfect! I would recommend Window World to anyone even thinking about getting one or all windows replaced in their home.

My windows look fabulous. They took great care not make a mess or damage anything, which I really appreciated. They were personable and down to earth people. I would call them again but probably won't have to ... the windows are that great! 😃

I wasn’t pleased with the amount of time it took to receive the windows (it was 13 1/2 weeks) but the installation process was awesome. The 2 gentlemen who did the installation were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They showed me the entire process and answered all my questions. I am very pleased and proud of my new windows. They are beautiful.
