From start to finish; we are completely satisfied with Window World. It was easy to make an appointment for a representative to come out and show us our options. Mark Kiser was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He made it simple for us to navigate all the options available. He listened to our needs and worked within our budget. The installation team; Johnny; Unc and Delmar arrived on time. Very personable and professional. Johnny walked us through the install process. The install took two days and we are very satisfied with our new windows. We did note that one screen was damaged and a scratch on one of the sliding glass door panels. Johnny documented the damage and walked us through the replacement process. We are waiting for contact for replacement timeframe.
